GREEN BUILDING

EP Engineering has been contracted to provide engineering services for a new green building in Jersey City located at 292-294 Newark Avenue. The certification the building will be seeking is still unknown. It is a 5-story, 60,000 square foot mixed use building with 30-apartments, retail spaces and a parking garage. EP Engineering will be responsible for MEP design services as well as building commissioning services.
