Mixed Use Commercial/Residential Development

EP Engineering provided full MEP design services for this new 20,000 square foot mixed use building containing 14 residential units and a bar and restaurant. EP Engineering’s services on this project included HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. The project included the design of a new electrical service, new plumbing utility connections and kitchen and restaurant systems design for the retail spaces. 64-66 Morris Street is currently under construction.
