Existing Conditions Report

EP Engineering provided a full assessment of the existing boiler and domestic water systems for these two 40 story apartment buildings. The assessment included an evaluation of the existing boilers, fuel oil tanks and fuel delivery system, boiler combustion air controls system, steam condensate receiving and pumping station, visible piping systems, domestic cold water pumping station, and domestic hot water heat exchanger plants. EP Engineering provided a complete engineering report with a solutions and recommendations matrix for the owner. This project was completed in 2005.
